These terms govern your use of Altshuler Flights ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please read the section on what we supply carefully — it is the part people most often misunderstand.
We supply a flight reservation: a seat held with a carrier under that carrier's own booking reference, in the name you provide.
We do not supply an issued or paid ticket. No e-ticket number is generated. The reservation:
If you require actual carriage, you must purchase a ticket from the airline or an authorised seller.
Reservations are held for the period stated at the time of ordering. After it lapses the reservation is released by the carrier and the reference will no longer resolve. Order close to the time you need to present it.
We guarantee that a genuine reservation is created and that its reference is verifiable with the carrier during its validity window.
We cannot and do not guarantee that any government, consulate, immigration officer or airline will accept it for any particular purpose. Those decisions are made by third parties applying their own rules, which vary by country and change without notice. No refund is due because a third party exercised its discretion differently to how you hoped.
Reservations depend on live carrier availability. We select the carrier and flight. You cannot specify a particular airline or flight number. If we cannot fulfil your route we will refund you in full.
Departure dates must be at least the minimum number of days ahead shown on the order form. Orders that do not meet this requirement cannot be processed.
Prices are shown per traveller, per reservation, and are payable in advance. The price covers the reservation service only and is not a fare.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for missed flights, refused boarding, denied visas, refused entry, or any consequential loss, however arising. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may not use our service to commit fraud, to misrepresent a reservation as a purchased ticket, to circumvent immigration control, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, refunding you in full where we do so.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
